Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of damage, stains & odors
- In original condition
To initiate a return, please send us an email at dustycowgirlco@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Sale, custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Policy
Many of our products are made to order, meaning that item is specifically created to complete your order. Because of this, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, product launches or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Dusty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect provided shipping information as checkout.
